At DEX, we aim to place a guardian in your property within 10 days of signing the contract so that the property is secured ASAP.
Once our inspections team assesses the property, DEX will carry out necessary work to make the property habitable, such as painting, carpeting, or installing showers and other facilities. DEX handles daily maintenance, and our guardians can report issues via our app.
If you need your property returned, simply inform your account manager. So that after we receive your request, we will issue a 28-day notice period to the guardians residing there and will make efforts to relocate them to one of our other properties in our portfolio.
No. We cover the standard maintenance costs. However, if there are any out of the ordinary maintenance issues, such as a broken boiler, etc, we will get a variety of quotes and discuss these with you.
