Vacant buildings for office-space
A question that concerns many clients is: ‘How can I be sure that the live-in guardians will vacate the building of office without any hassle?' DEX Property Management makes sure of that.
How? We have a good understanding with our live-in guardians. During the management period we keep in contact with them and try to find them alternative accommodation in good time. In addition, we have contracts that set out clearly the rights and obligations of all the parties. Many live-in guardians remain with us for a long time and through DEX Property Management have lived or worked in many properties. Clients regard us as a pleasant company to work with – professional, flexible and reliable.

DEX Property Management is an international organization specializing in managing vacant properties and redevelopment projects. We protect our clients’ property from the negative consequences of vacancy. We do this by allowing carefully selected businesses, artists and residents to make use of the vacant space. We offer these ‘live-in guardians’ a contract with a short notice period. As a result, they take up occupancy of your property and vacate it again without any hassle.
The presence of our live-in guardians has a vital preventative effect. In addition, they alert us to technical problems and other emergencies that can then be dealt with quickly.
Sympathetic solution
This solution is not only effective, but also sympathetic. Your empty building or residential neighbourhood is an ideal location for accommodating students, artists or people starting up their own business. In exchange, they look after your building as live-in guardians.
You no longer need to worry about your property. The live-in guardians are happy to be able to occupy the space, and their presence promotes the liveability of the surrounding area.

Register for living spaceAre you aware that you are entitled to use the vacant property on a temporary basis, and that we are unable to specify how long a property will be available? Do you have no children? (note: this is relevant only if you are looking for living space) Are you aware that you are minding someone else's property, and are you acting accordingly? If so, proceed to ‘Register’ and send us the completed registration form. As soon as we have found suitable accommodation for you (or expect this to become available in the foreseeable future), we will invite you for an initial interview without obligation. If we think you’re a good fit for the accommodation, we will add you to our waiting list —only then will you be eligible for occupancy. Please note that availability is not guaranteed! If we can offer you accommodation, we will sign what is known as a loan-for-use agreement, subject to two weeks' notice of cancellation. In the majority of cases, you will be able to use the space immediately.
