Property Guardian Account Manager

Salay: £20,000 – £22,000 OTE

DEX is looking for a full time Account Manager on a long term basis who has a passion for property and wants to progress in their career. The role will involve recruiting property guardians to our vacant properties and managing the process from initial interviews to signing up the guardians. We are seeking a dynamic, confident and driven individual, who is able to demonstrate initiative and build rapport with their customers. The ideal person will possess excellent sales and communication skills, have a positive and determined approach and have the ability to cope with rejection.

Your role will include:

  • Calling and meeting Property Guardians
  • Interviewing Property Guardians
  • Signing up new Guardians
  • Marketing properties
  • Running your own admin
  • Main point of contact for Property Guardians
  • Exercising initiative and diplomacy to manage the often differing expectations between Property Guardians and clients


  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Hardworking and target driven
  • Experience within estate agent would be advantageous but not essential
  • Degree or equivalent is desirable
  • Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Outlook, Power Point
