Accounts Administrator- Debt/Credit Control

Job Type: Part Time – 20 Hours per week
Location: Parsons Green, London
Salay: £20,000 pro rata

We are offering an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Administrator- Debt/Credit Control, seeking a challenging yet rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day finances of the company.

Your role will include:

  • Debtors and creditors control and management
  • Issuing client invoices and remittance advices
  • Check payments
  • Sent reminder emails
  • Late payment charge
  • Preparation of debtors and creditors reports
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss
  • Cash flow
  • Cost control
  • Budged management
  • Ensure operational deadlines are met
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  • Ensuring high levels of overall productivity and accuracy
  • Advise staff and external parties of any accounting policies and deal with queries
  • Attend and prepare minutes for all meetings and distribute after
  • Keep Sage up to date
  • Provide creditors list
  • Check and organise credit card payments

Requirements

  • 5+ years financial and management accounting experience
  • Proficient in using Sage 50 Accounts
  • Highly Organised
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure
