Straightforward legal structure
The owner of the building grants DEX Property Management an Authorization Agreement for the property, we in turn grant a Licence to Occupy to the Guardian, in order for that person to occupy a unit. This differs from tenancy as we are supplying a service and the Guardians are helping us to fulfil it and as such no tenancy rights are granted to either DEX Property Management or the Guardians.
Our agreements were written by our law firm wich specializes in property matters.

Our contracts:

• Are independently validated
• Can be terminated with sixteen days' notice
• No tenancy rights conferred
