How does it work?
If you meet our requirements of becoming a Property Guardian, applying is quite simple. Just follow these steps:
Fill in the application form on the Register page
- Depending on the available properties and their locations, we will contact you for an interview by matching the available properties to your preferred locations.
If you are not contacted by us immediately, it means we do not have any living space available to offer you at the moment. Due to the popularity of Property Guardianship, we generally have more applicants than we have living spaces to offer. - During the interview we make sure that we can offer what you are looking for and that you meet all our requirements.
- After a successful interview, you will be given the opportunity to view the property in question.
- Once approved, contracts will be signed and financial matters will be handled.
- After payment of the deposit, the keys of your new living space will be handed over to you!
