How does it work?
As agreed uponBased on the agreements we make with you, we will select live-in guardians with whom we conclude individual contracts. The live-in guardians will occupy the space as soon as possible, usually straight away.
Principal Guardian
One of the live-in guardians will fulfil the role of Principal Guardian. This person lives or works in the building and is the point of contact for the other live-in guardians and for DEX Property Management. The Principal Guardian will report any irregularities or problems to us immediately, following which we will contact you if necessary. Furthermore, he or she will maintain the good appearance of the building, so that the estate agent who brings a potential purchaser or tenant to view the building will never be confronted with an unpleasant surprise.
