1.) What is a property Guardian?
Our property Guardians are carefully vetted individuals who live in properties that are empty or still being built and could risk break-ins or squatting. They are entitled to use living spaces in the vacant properties at low cost and on a temporary basis.
2.) How do I apply to be a property Guardian?
To become a property Guardian, you can apply via our website. If you click on ‘Register' on the main Guardian menu of our website, and then select the area where you would like to find living space, you will be asked to complete an online application form. After completion, clicking the ‘Submit Form’ button will send your data to us. If there is a property available in the area which you have selected, you will be invited for an interview at our office or on location.

We need our Guardians to be:

Due to the popularity of Property Guardianship, we generally have more applicants than we have living spaces to offer.7. Can I make (permanent) changes to my room? For all permanent changes, like painting the walls or drilling holes in them, written permission is needed. In all cases, you are expected to return the room in the same condition as you have received it in.
