We are DEX Property Management, and we’re pleased to meet you. We specialize in managing vacant buildings, operating in both the UK and Dutch markets.

For over a decade, we have provided students, entrepreneurs and artists such as yourself with the opportunity to use these buildings on a temporary basis, with the dual benefit of preventing the adverse effects of long-term vacancy and offering you unique and affordable accommodation.

We manage properties such as office buildings, factory warehouses, schools, farms, churches, police stations and ‘regular’ homes until they are sold, let, leased, renovated or demolished. Up to that time, you will be able to use this high-quality accommodation as a place to live or work. As we get closer to the date of transferring the property to its owner, we will do everything we can to find other accommodation for you in our portfolio.
